Billing, plainly

• The first charge lands at activation, when your payment succeeds. After that the same rent is charged to your card on the same day every month.
• The rent never changes during a term.
• The lease renews on its own for another term of the same length, until you cancel or we give written notice.
• To cancel, tell us in your dashboard at least 2 days before the term ends. Cancelling stops the next term. It is not a refund.
• There are no refunds after activation and no proration for part of a month.
• There are no setup fees and no exit fees. Any sales tax that applies is extra.
