Report phishing, malware, spam, or a trademark or other legal claim about any name rented here.
How to report
- Email abuse@rentadomain.sh.
- Name the domain, what you saw, the URL or record, and when you saw it.
- For a trademark or legal claim, name the right, where it is registered, and who you act for.
- Tell us how to reach you. Anonymous reports are read too.
What we do
- We read the abuse inbox every day.
- On a credible report we suspend the name: the renter's DNS records come down and the name is parked. Suspension never moves the name; it stays with us.
- Where harm is ongoing (phishing, malware, fraud in progress) we suspend the same day, before telling the renter, and tell them right after.
- Otherwise we notify the renter first and give them 48 hours to answer or fix it before we suspend.
- If the report is resolved in the renter's favour, their saved records go back up.
The record
We keep a dated record of every report, what we did and when. Under ICANN RAA 3.7.7.3, given reasonable evidence of actionable harm, we disclose the renter's verified identity and contact details to the claimant, and keep a dated record of that disclosure too.
